It’s not all about the carbs you don’t eat when pushing through that high protein diet. It’s also about choosing the smartest carbs to boost your metabolism when you do indulge.

100g Cottage Cheese
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
Blueberries
Stevia to taste
Splash of water
Mix all together. Pop it in the freezer for about 15 min. Mix it again then pop it in the freezer again for another 15 min and wallah!!
