Chia Seeds
Chia seed is nature’s naturally richest occurring source of omega three fatty acids.
It contains even more ALA (Alpha Linolic acid – plant omega 3) than flax seed. It is also a complete protein, and does not contain the phytoestrogens that are found in flax. Chia also happens to be a rich source of calcium, iron, phosphorus and zinc.
Gluten Free, Dailry Free, High in Potassium, High in Calcium
Chia is great in a smoothie, sprinkled over oats or you can use it to make a chia pudding.
Try 1-3 teaspoons per day
