I don’t know about you, but for me December can often turn into a bit of a splurge-fest. And I’m not just talking financially. Parties … cocktails … wine … chocolate … one (hundred) too many tiny little yummy indulgent things that suddenly makes you realise you have one alarming situation: namely that you promised yourself you’d keep it together, stay on track with your body goals and most of all feel awesome and PROUD of yourself through the holidays but yet before you know it said holidays have barely begun and you’re already a couple muffin tops behind the 8-ball!

These are 3 weeks in which (let’s be honest) if you don’t have a specific plan to stay in shape or better where you are now the default position will most likely be to lose momentum. Maybe gain a little, maybe stay the same, probably end up feeling a bit – bleugh.

Don’t get me wrong – that’s totally fine in my books if it’s totally fine in YOUR books. After all, it IS the holidays! And life is to be lived – you won’t catch ME trying to be a food nazi year round and nor do I think you should be. If at all to be honest 🙂
