- You don’t know what to believe. This person says that carbs make you fat. This one says you shouldn’t eat after 7:00 pm. I am wanting to join this, but I am worried about the workout side
of it, is it just weights, as I live in the bush and do not have access
to a gym. If the exercises where using bodyweight as well I could
manage that from home. What I do have is a ball, and a 6kg Kettlebell.

There are 3-4 at-home workouts each week, so you will be fine. The home workouts use a combination of kettle-bells, bodyweight and dumbells. It would be great if you can buy a single set of dumbells? If not you can use a kettlebell instead, but it may not be as much of a challenge for some things. Occasionally I ask you to use a skipping rope.

Thank you so much for your quick response, I do have a set of dumbells
that I forgot aboout, they are only 3kgs, which at the moment are heavy
enough as I am a very beginner to exercise, and I also have Fibromyalgia
and Chronic Fatigue, and candida. I am so sick of feeling the way I do and need to change.
I am under a natropath at the moment, which costs a fortune to no avail,
I need to lose at least 15kg and it is just not shifting, I am eating Primal / Paleo
at the moment, which I love as I don’t do wheat or grains well at all.
Oh goosh sorry this is getting a bit long, I guess I just need to know weather
this Platinum membership will help me to achieve my goals and feel incredible
instead of so bloody unwell all the time. I do know that I also must have the strength
to do this.

have coconut flour? i see coconut cream and milk is allowed, just wondering
as the flour isnt actually a grain and i use it to make burger patties.
